✅ How to Access the Report
To access the report, follow this path:
From the side menu ➤ Reports ➤ Monthly Sales Summary Report
Once you click this option, a report setup screen will appear where you can select the desired filters before displaying the report.
1️⃣ Report Setup (Filtering Stage)
When the report screen opens, a set of filters appears to help you customize the report precisely:
➤ Select Date Type:
Invoice Date: Displays data based on the invoice issue date.
Order Date: Based on the date the order was created.
Delivery Date: Displays data according to the actual delivery date.
➤ Select Time Period:
From Date: Choose the start date of the report (e.g., 2025-05-25).
To Date: Choose the end date of the report (e.g., 2025-07-25).
➤ Select Invoice Types:
You can choose one or more of the following:
Dine-In
Takeaway
Hospitality
Delivery
Scheduled
Drive-Thru
Applications
➤ Select Invoice Statuses:
Choose the statuses to include:
Preparing
Pending
Delivered
Added
Closed
Cancelled
➤ Select Payment Methods:
You can filter the results by payment method:
Cash
Bank
Credit
Multi-payment
Unpaid
➤ Select User:
All: Displays data for all users.
Specific User: Displays data for a selected cashier.
After setting all options, click the “View Report” button.
2️⃣ Report Display (Data Interface)
Once the report is displayed, you will see a detailed interface that includes:
➤ Main Report Table:
The table presents detailed data across several columns:
Service: Type of service or order.
Net Total: Net sales amount after discounts.
Selective Tax: If applicable.
Tax: VAT or other applicable taxes.
Additional: Any extra charges (e.g., delivery).
Discount: Total discounts applied.
Total: Invoice amount before any deductions.
Number of Invoices: Total invoices in the selected period.
First & Last Invoice: Invoice numbers during the selected period.
Date: Date of invoice.
✳ Tip: You can reorder columns by clicking and dragging the column header.
3️⃣ Graph (Daily Sales Statistics)
The graph provides a visual summary of:
Daily sales trends throughout the selected period.
Easy comparison of performance across days.
4️⃣ Summary Section (Total Results)
Displayed at the bottom of the screen, the summary includes:
Total: Total gross sales during the period.
Discount: Total discounts applied.
Tax: Total tax amount.
Net Total: Actual net sales.
Additional: Total additional charges (e.g., delivery fees).
5️⃣ Additional Tools:
Preview: Review the report before printing.
Export: Download the report in PDF or Excel format.
Close: Exit the report screen.
