⬜  Export Items Tables in Aurest System

The "Export Items Tables" settings in the Aurest system allow you to export item data (such as products or services) to a SQL Server database. ✅ Steps and Details:

1️⃣ Database Server:
Description:
This option allows you to select the type of server that will be used to export the data.

Available options:

• Windows only: Authentication is handled by a local database.

• Windows and Sqlserver: Authentication is handled by a SQL Server user.

How to use:
Click on the appropriate button based on the type of server you want to use:

• If you are using a local database, select Windows only.

• If you are using a SQL Server database, select Windows and Sqlserver.
  
  

2️⃣ Username:
Description:
This field requires you to enter the username of the database you will export data to.

How to use:
Enter the username in the designated field.
 Example: Aurest Long

3️⃣ Password:
Description:
This field requires you to enter the password for the database you will export data to.

How to use:
Enter the password in the designated field.

4️⃣ Database:
Description:
This option allows you to select the database to which the data will be exported.

How to use:
Click on the dropdown list and select the appropriate database.

5️⃣ "Connect" Button:
Description:
This button allows you to test the connection to the database before starting the export process.

How to use:
After entering all the previous data, click on the "Connect" button.
The system will verify the connection to the server and the database.

6️⃣ "Export" Button:
Description:
This button starts the process of exporting data to the selected database.

How to use:
After confirming the connection is successful, click on the "Export" button to begin exporting.
The item data will be exported to the specified database.
