The Applications Report is one of the essential analytical tools in the Aurest system. It provides a detailed insight into orders placed through various applications (such as delivery apps or online ordering platforms). This report helps track revenues and payment methods related to these apps, enhancing the management’s ability to make strategic decisions based on accurate data.
✅ How to Access the Report
To access the Applications Report, follow the path:
Side Menu ➤ Reports ➤ Applications Report
You will immediately see the report setup screen, where you can filter and analyze data as needed.
1️⃣ Report Settings (Filtering Stage)
When the report interface opens, you can configure the following options:
➤ Date Range:
From: Select the starting date for the data.
To: Select the ending date.
➤ Invoice Status:
Preparing: Displays invoices that are still being processed.
Closed: Displays completed and finalized invoices.
Returned: Displays invoices that have been refunded or canceled.
➤ Payment Methods:
Cash
Bank
Credit
Multi-payment
Unpaid
➤ Application Name: You can filter by a specific app to analyze its performance.
➤ Customer Name: Filter results by a specific customer.
➤ User:
All: Display actions by all users.
Specific user: Analyze performance of a selected user.
