⬜ Return Report in Aurest System

The Return Report is one of the essential tools in the Aurest system, providing management with a detailed view of item return operations—whether due to customer requests or internal process errors. This report allows you to track return details, identify responsible parties, and analyze reasons behind the returns, helping improve operational quality and minimize waste.



✅ How to Access the Report

To access the Return Report, follow this path:

From the sidebar ➤ ReportsReturn Report

The report setup screen will appear, allowing you to customize the data displayed based on your needs.


1️⃣ Report Settings (Filtering Stage)

When the report interface opens, you can adjust the following settings:

Time Period:

  • From: Select the start date of the report (e.g., 2025/07/26)

  • To: Select the end date of the report

User:

  • All: View data for all users

  • Specific User: Filter data by selecting a particular user

Return Type:

  • Sales Return: Shows products returned after being sold

  • Item Return: Refers to cancellations or corrections related to item management

✳️ Once all filters are set, click the "View Report" button to display the results.


2️⃣ Report Display (Data Interface)

Once the report is generated, the interface displays:

Main Return Table, including the following columns:

  • Order Number

  • Daily Number

  • Notes

  • Total

  • Price

  • Quantity

  • Table

  • Host

  • User

  • Item

  • Invoice Number

  • Date

✳️ You can reorder columns by clicking and dragging them as needed.


3️⃣ Side Summary

On the right side of the screen, a numeric summary is displayed, including:

  • Cancellation Quantity

  • Total Cancellations

  • Return Quantity

  • Total Returns

  • Total Quantities

  • Overall Total


4️⃣ Additional Interaction Tools

  • Preview: To review the report before printing

  • Export: Save the report in PDF or Excel format

  • Close: Exit the report screen


Purpose of the Return Report

◾ Accurately monitor return operations within any date range
◾ Analyze return reasons and support quality improvement decisions
◾ Reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency
◾ Identify users or sections with frequent return activity
◾ Customize the report based on managerial, quality control, or auditing needs
