The Bank Card Report is one of the essential financial tools in the Aurest system. It provides a comprehensive overview of all transactions made through bank cards (such as Mada, Visa, and others). This report helps track the movement of received amounts across various networks and ensures the accuracy of financial data, which facilitates accounting reviews and enhances revenue report precision.
✅ How to Access the Report
To access the Bank Card Report, follow this path:
From the side menu ➤ Reports ➤ Bank Card Report
The report settings screen will appear, allowing you to specify the required data based on the date range, user, and report display mode.
1️⃣ Report Settings (Filtering Phase)
When you open the report interface, you can configure the following options:
➤ Date Range:
From: Specify the start date of the report.
To: Specify the end date of the report.
➤ User:
All: Display transactions made by all users.
Specific user: Filter the report by a selected user.
➤ Report Display Mode:
Summary: Displays the total transactions by card type or network.
Detailed: Displays each card transaction along with detailed data.
✳️ After configuring the settings, click "View Report" to display the results.
2️⃣ Report Display (Data View)
Once the report is displayed, the screen will show:
➤ Main Data Table, with the following columns:
Name: Name of the card network or type.
Type: Indicates the account or transaction type (Bank / Currency).
Balance: Total amount received via the card.
Transactions: Number of transactions made using this card.
Balance in Default Currency: Shows the balance converted to the system’s default currency.
✳️ Columns can be reordered by drag-and-drop as needed.
3️⃣ Graphical and Numeric Summary
On the right-hand side of the report, a pie chart shows the usage percentage of each payment method, along with a detailed numeric summary including:
Total Cash
Total Card (Network)
Cash Refunds
Card Refunds
Net Total after subtracting all refunds
4️⃣ Additional Interaction Tools
Preview: View the report before printing.
Export: Save the report in PDF or Excel formats.
Close: Exit the report screen.
