The Inventory Report is one of the advanced analytical reports available in the Hyper Aurest system. It is designed to track the movement of raw materials entering and being consumed within the establishment over a specified period. This report helps in measuring consumption efficiency, comparing input and consumed quantities, and analyzing costs based on average purchase and selling prices.



What is the Inventory Report?

This report displays the quantities of raw materials that were added to inventory versus those actually consumed, along with the purchase cost (incoming price) and the selling price. It provides a clear understanding of material movement across different branches, making inventory monitoring and financial control more efficient.

  It is used to evaluate kitchen preparation efficiency, control costs, and reduce waste or material loss.


Available Filter Options

To obtain accurate and customized data, the system offers a wide range of filters, including:

  • Date range: From start date – to end date

  • Branch: Select the specific branch for data analysis

  • User: Filter results by the staff member who executed the actions

  • Materials Category: Select a specific type of raw material (e.g., meats, vegetables, spices…)

  • Material: Choose a specific item to analyze its movement

  • Order Type: Dine-in, Takeaway, Hospitality, Delivery, Upcoming, Car, Applications

  • Payment Type: Cash, Credit, Card, Shared

  • Bill Status: Preparing, Closed, Returns

  • Pricing Method: Average purchase prices (can be adjusted according to business policy)

  Once filters are set, click "Show" to display the report results.


Report Content

The report provides detailed information, including:

  • Preparation Material: Name of the raw material

  • Unit: Measurement unit used (kg, liter, unit, etc.)

  • Quantity In: Total quantity received into stock

  • Quantity Consumed: Total quantity used in preparation

  • Incoming Price: Average purchase cost per item

  • Selling Price: Selling price as part of the final product

The report also shows column totals at the end, offering a comprehensive overview of material movements and total costs.
