The Captain Aurest App is one of the advanced smart tools in the Aurest system. It simplifies the process of taking orders within the dining area and sends them directly to the kitchen or preparation stations without using paper. ✅ What is the Captain Aurest App?

Captain Aurest is a mobile application available for Android and iOS devices, designed for dining staff (captains) to take orders from tables and follow up on them in real time. This system streamlines operations inside the restaurant or café and reduces dependency on paper tickets.

• Taking orders directly from the tables

• Sending orders to the kitchen or other sections

• Real-time tracking of order statuses

• Modifying or canceling orders when needed

• Handling various order types (Dine-in, Takeaway, Delivery...)

• Transferring tables or items between tables

✅ Steps to Use the Captain Aurest App:

1️⃣ Log in to the app

When launching the app, the user (captain) enters their assigned password to start using the system.

2️⃣ Access the Point of Sale

After logging in, the captain is directed to the POS screen, which is the main interface for handling orders.

3️⃣ Choose the Required Action

From the main screen, the user can select one of the following options:

➤ Add New Order
➤ Get Bill
➤ Move Table
➤ Move Item

4️⃣ Add New Order

• Choose the order type: Dine-in – Takeaway – Delivery – Guest – Upcoming – Car – App orders
  ⚠️ Note: You can configure the app to show only one specific order type to simplify the interface, based on your business policy.

• Select the hall number and table number

• Enter the number of persons

• Select items from the available menus: meals – drinks – extras – offers

• “Save” to send the order to the kitchen

5️⃣ Get Bill

• First, select the order type (Dine-in, Takeaway, Delivery, etc.).

• Then choose the hall and table number.

• The bill for the selected table will then appear on the screen.

• You can perform one of the following actions:

  ➤ Close the order and proceed to payment
  ➤ Print the order (send it to the kitchen or designated department printer)
  ➤ Print the customer receipt

6️⃣ Move Table

• Select the current table number

• Choose the new table number to Move the order to

7️⃣ Move Item

• Select the table that contains the item

• Choose the item

• Select the destination table to transfer the item to
